Liability The client acknowledges that they must provide accurate information and ensure that the conditions for the services provided by Anything Aerial Ltd are safe and legal. The client may be held liable for any issues arising from their failure to provide accurate information or from creating hazardous conditions.

Cancellation Policy Services cancelled by the client within 48 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the agreed price. If Anything Aerial Ltd must cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund or rescheduling at their convenience.

Returns and Refunds for Goods For products such as canvas prints, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the product is in its original condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
